Hakata Robata Fishman

This is a restaurant recommended to me by a local friend. Since I had never heard of it before, I came here with the mentality of giving it a try. Unexpectedly, it was unexpectedly delicious. Most of the people who dine here are locals, and everyone chats with each other. It even makes me feel at home!

FISHMAN is a very nice izakaya. It’s just that the shop is a little small and the seats are a bit crowded, but the overall atmosphere is really warm. We ordered a variety of skewers.

A restaurant specialising in fish, one of the best meals we had in Fukuoka. The fish caught was fresh and cooked to perfection. The menu is only in Japanese but the staff speak some English and can help you place your order. We used Google Translate and got our order. The food tasted homemade and the portions on the lunch plates were good. I had a draft beer to help the food go in. The place was very busy but efficient (at least at lunch time). Pricey but by Japanese standards.

This shop is easy to find. I followed Google Maps to get here. The environment is quite unique, the ingredients are fresh, the sashimi is very chewy, and you can tell at a glance that the quality is excellent. The other cooked side dishes also taste very good.

The seafood izakaya has a very warm environment and the fish is very fresh and delicious, great!
